oh i had an eventful weeked wentto watch Ryan Rhodes fight sat night(my very good friend Paul Royston wa fightig the undercard)
then sun my two girls had the Shindo-kai karate open championships
My eldest daughter Deenna was 10 onli at the end of April
so was placed in the 10yr-12yr old cat

She cried b4 each fight with nerves and then won gold!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
it's onli her second competition and she was the 2nd youngest girl in the cat
she went on to a team event 3 on3 for each fight round
one at a time obviously
the girls are numbered 1,2,3 and fight the girl with the samenumber on the opposite team
she ended up fighting a much older girl and was hit in the throat and had to have a paramedic go to see her.....she carried on and won the fight 6-1
thier team ended with the gold too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
She didn't lose a single fight all day
In the first photo my daughter is the small one with the gold medal and trophy she fought the very tall girl (last on right)in the finals this for the individuals
2nd Photo are the medalists from the team events deenna and her two team m8's are the ones with gold!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

just noticed you cant see medals very well in the teams
the girlsare on the back row alex is 2nd in from left,you shoud recognise deenna from first photo(if not she's 4th in from left) and jess is last on row

Well done to her, thats a great achievement.
The girl i'm training lost yesterday, that upset me enough. I don't think il be able to train my baby if he/she wants to box.

yeah my other daughter lost her cat and was really upset that was awful but im still so proud of them both.
they just excel in different things

Spice Boy is still fighting? Go to see Rhodes stepping up the competition level. I noticed his opponent had 4 pro fights prior to stepping in the ring with Rhodes. LOL

Congrats Kat, sounds like a great day. I'm not sure if it's really fair on the the other girls in the tournament to have to fight girls with pikey/gypo heritage as it's clear their going to be born fighters but as long as the officials turn a blind eye it's all good.
Is Deena the really small girl, like the shortest one in the photo's?
If so full credit to her for kicking the bigger girls asses, and she's also way too cute looking to have grown up on a caravan site, she doesn't seem to have any trace of a mongrel gene in her, she could easily pass for a well bred middle class girl. :P

haha i remember him being called spice boy yeah he's still fighting
in his defence his opponent was hanged at the last min as ossie duran(guy he was supposed to fight)
had a car crash few days b4
the poor bloke sobbed after he was beaten i really felt 4 him

Yeah Bilbo Deenna is the shortest one the blonde with the trophy.
and i wore a nice dress to the comp and kept my foul language to onli one word per sentance so hopefully they didnt notice the breeding ;D ;D ;D
haha we worked out the genage pretty well to make her look that way,did ok didnt we :lickish:

Got robbed last Sunday, but still delighted because i boxed well. Have a rematch setup already. Il video that fdor you as revenge will be sweet.
