Earl gave Katsidis hell and if he can ship the punishement he did against Katsidis again, i can see Kahn having problems.
Earl didn't give Katsidis hell, barring a corking punch and a few spirited flurries he took a sustained beating.
Earl looked bad the fight before Katsidis, took the beating and has been out the ring for 10 months..This is a good fight but one Khan can win impressively, early.
Those spirited flurries hat Katsidis in trouble on a number of occasions and katsidis is a much sturdier build than Kahn.
Yes I agree Katsidis is sturdier than Khan.
Khan is chinny as fuck, I would be the last person to be shocked if Earl starched him, BUT Katsidis is just a punch-up merchant and has helped soften Earl up, bigtime.
If Khan is careful he should be able to beat Earl. Plus this fight wouldn't even be happening if Khan's mob weren't confident he'd win.

I think Khan could get beat and actually I don't think a defeat would be the end of the world. He is still only going to be 21 come fight time and a 15-1 record is still a bloody good record. He is 15-0 now. I just think that Khan has fragility look about him, like he will fall apart in a really hard fight. This is will be a HARD fight for Khan. If wins impressively, maybe he could sneak a world title against one of the lesser champs. I don't see him being in the P4P lists no matter what happens against Earl. This is will be the fight which will show if Khan is a decent fighter or an over protected Olympian.
