downtown seattle, most people here barely obey the don't walk sign and I just had my share of a damn infraction for disobeying the don't walk sign ::** $56 for crossing the damn street when it was clear of any vehicles :P well its not that bad so, lets here the worst, I know many of you guys have had stacks of infraction penalty fees ;D lets here it ;)
