Calzaghe will make Hopkins look 50!!! O0

Joe by TKO. His workrate will puzzle the old man till he gets tired and pulled out. I think there are much better fights out there than Hopkins though.

You'll never see it happen - Bernard is too smart and picks his opponents too carefully now.

I think Talyor and Pavlik would be much harder for Calzaghe than hopkins would be, but Hopkins is the more highly rated so calzaghe will fight him next...

Calzaghe work rate will beat down hopkins, i dont think he would ko him though..

Hopkins wants Calzaghe now...he's just recently asked for the match.

That will be a mistake on his part. If he thinks that he can drag Calzaghe into a street fight...he'd be sadly mistaken because Calzaghe knows how to fight Hopkins fight & how to beat him at it.

Hopkins is my FOAT but Joe is one of my favorites too...trust me when I say that this is one the Nard don't need.

Hey wacko was you impressed by Calzaghe defence from the 5th round on...

he turned it up offensively obviously around then but his defence also went on another level....

Calzaghe is everything his fans said about him , and maybe more..

joe's handspeed and workrate would give hopkins too much trouble.

hopkins is my fav fighter but he can't beat joe now.

Calzaghe by UD. Like everyone has said, he has too high a work rate and is too fast for B-Hop. The more I think about it, the less I think Hopkins has a shot.

Joe always impresses me...no matter what he does he's always there after he get's clipped.

Since day one I have been begging everyone that dismisses Joe to give him a second, third, fourth, & fifth chance. I think that I'm done begging now. ;D

actually 6 years ago Hopkins would have been the overwelming favorite by mass media.... but in the ring, yeah it would have been real close...

since then hopkins has stayed just as good as he was(which is remarkable) while i think Joe has gotten better

but Joe has always been concidered an offensive master but avg D and avg chin..

did calzaghe prove his defence and chin was as good as his offense..

or has he really been THIS GOOD for the last ten years..

He's always had the ability to box defensively, but was just to eager to get into a slugfest when he was younger. Certainly wiser nowadays, made brilliant use of the jab tonight.
