Boston Area Gyms

After a few years away from training, I'm looking to start up again. Anybody know anything about Grealish Gym in Dorchester or Box-a-Round in Stoughton (Bud Lakin's gym)?

My last time training, I was in a gym purely focused on the amateur game. The conditioning program was great, but the real boxing was a bit weak and it was too expensive. I checked out Lakin's Gym today and it seemed pretty good, but I'd be interested in hearing from anybody who know the guy or the gym. Grealish is bit of a mystery. I've heard some pro's train their, but they have no info on the web and haven't been able to find much about it. I guess it's a shot in the dark to ask here, but I figure it's worth a shot. The boxing community ain't that big, and this site gets a lot of traffic. Thanks.
