I think he is top 10 now probably #8

I think he just beat the best welterweight so I'm putting him atleast top 10. It was a close fight but the judges gave it to him. I'll have to see the fight again to really say his number at the top 10.

Considering Mosley was not a top ten fighter, i would have to put Cotto around 7th/8th/9th.
