ESPN to Chronicle 25 Yr Aniversary of Ray Mancini Killing Deuk Koo Kim

ESPN Classic will present 'Triumph and Tragedy' November 13th at 8:00 pm EST to mark 25 years since the classic war which was marred by the unfortunate outcome.

I just re-watched that,I feel bad for the ref,who ended up blaiming himself and killing himself.Theres really nothing in that fight that suggested that it needed to be stopped,Kim was defending and landing some good punches the previous round,the last round Mancini comes right out off the jump and knocks him out

Its a shame that the fight was soiled by the tragic outcome, because IMO it was one of the great fights of that decade, maybe even that century. Just blistering back and forth action.

RIP Deuk Koo Kim.
