'i hear nostrils lost his belt, which really suprised me, but tell nostrils that ROY is doing what he wouldn't do and offering him a shot at ROY's strap. the IBF committee said EUBANKS will be in the next ratings, and i'd love to go over there and fight him in LONDON or a soccer building somewhere with ROY's strap on the line.

maybe because EUBANK and BENN priced themselves out, and CALZAGHE/warren wouldn't increase his name to the US fans

Don't get me wrong, I like Roy, but you said it should put an end to the BS that he won't fight the best. Roy hasn't fought the best for some time. He does have a tendancy to say one thing and then do the other. I recently read an interview were he said he'd fight Wlad. We know that won't happen.
Because this has happened alot, I wouldn't take something Roy said as gospel.

I remember watching one of his SMW fights after Toney, and he was talking to Jim because there had been discusions of him, Roy Jones, not wanting to fight the best guys out there. So Roy told HBO that if they can find somebody(Eubanks, Benn, Watson, Collins) to fight him on US soil for a 60/40 split he would take it, and HBO couldn't set up a fight. I think by this point Gerald McClellan was already out of the picture.

It's common knowledge that Eubanks would never of fought Jones. He said it himself. Eubanks didn't feel he could win. And he was right.

Man what is up with all this Roy stuff lately is it because people were comparing Clazaghe to him at SWM and now i see all this threads i just find it funny because alot of it is such old news if you ask me.

none were at their best when RJJ fought them apart from GRIFFIN the 1st time who beat him fair and square
BUT the point is RJJ was willing to fight the best, remember he took the fight against JAMES TONEY not knowing TONEY would be ill, he was expecting JAMES TONEY at his best! just think about that
he was also willing to come to UK for EUBANK and BENN, despite them having put men in wheelchairs in LONDON wars. think about that, too
