For those that say Hatton is ugly to watch....

Watch Ezzard Charles, Archie Moore, Roberto Duran or JCC, and then watch Ricky Hatton v Kostya Tszyu. On the inside Hatton is very technical with his feints, head movement, elbow placement and footwork, it's similar to any of the fighters I have named. The only times you see Hatton really just looking to hold are really the times he gets nailed with that big f*ckin right! Just some food for thought, I know a lot of you say it's wrestling, it isn't.

PS... it's shit like this that the fans, advisers and the man himself says that will lose Floyd his 0.

I think Hatton is the best inside fighter today. He has all those old school moves on the inside and I love how he gets those arms right in there like he's about to wrap a guy in a tackle, but he uses it too keep the opponent from getting away laterally. This is why I think he is the biggest challenge out there for Mayweather except maybe MOsley, but I think Mosley has too poor of timing and doesn't hit hard enough to beat Mayweather.

I have not seen much exxard or archie.

But I have seen a ton of Duran and JCC, Both Duran and JCC are vastly superior fighters than Ricky Hatton. Vastly.

Hatton is no Ezzard Charles, Archie Moore, Roberto Duran or JCC. Thread closed
