Fighters Who Changed The Most
I was just watching TV and and good old George Foreman was pitching his improved grill..which is also a griddle and waffle maker, its quite amazing really..but anyways it got me thinking. If you asked anyone in 1972 what they thought George would be doing in 2007 none of them would have thought he would have become a preacher and grill entrepreneur. Also in his second ring career his fighting technique even slightly changed. There must be other boxers who have taken a 180 and I'm trying to think of others, but I think big George must have made the biggest turnaround.

Tyson was like Jekyll/Hyde from between Cus till the time Don King got a hold of him. Tex Cobb went from being a bad fighter to being a bad actor ;D

Tyson changed a little outside the ring, but a lot in it. Havent seen Tex Cobb on screen but im sure he gave acting a great failing effort.

Yeah I think Cus had hell trying to keep him under control, but Tyson seemed actually concerned in the early days when he would knock someone off their feet and would go over and try to help them and all that. He seemed more humble also. Then he went and started cannibalizing and telling people he wanted to eat their children :o I guess he never really changed inside, just more controllable in the early days with Cus.

Actually Cobb has been in a lot of films....and TV shows...he is a charachter actor of course never the start...(to Damn Ugly lol)...He was great in Raising Arizona....

He was in that, The Champ, The Golden Child, Fletch, Naked Gun 33 1/2, Liar Liar, Diggstown, one of the Police Academy movies and a bunch more
plus a ton of TV appearences

I was thinking the same thing when i bought one of his grills! Leaves the meat a bit dry IMO but yeah Big George has turned it around with that big cheesy grin and friendly nature. The 1972/74 Foreman would kill you by looks alone, he was a scary dude!
