Fights where the prefight press conference would be better than the fight.

I was thinking about this the other day. There have been a few crazy pre fight hype stuff over the years but some are over the top.

I think PPF VS Mayorga would be awesome at the press conference ,but the fight would be a joke and Mayorga wouldnt see round 2.

I would pay for the press conference and not see the fight LOL.

pretty much any Mayorga press conference offers a decent level of excitement.....normally washed down with him gettin an arsing in the ring.

Be interesting to see Witter and Mayweather

They both have very high opinions of themselves and they like to trash talk.....would be interesting.

After the Jirov fight when Toney was about to move up to heavyweight and Tarver had fought Roy there was some talk about a Toney-Tarver fight. Would have been a nice press conference, then again I wouldn't have minded seeing the fight as Tarver would have been schooled.

Your probably right. I just have no respect for Mayorga as a fighter . For some reason I just cant stand him , not just the fact that he is an azz.


I always thought Roy Jones was great in prefight ,but for some reason he was real quiet on the second Tarver fight. I wonder if he new what was comming??

James Toney Tarver would have been great. To bad Toney likes food so much. I dont have any room to talk but my carrer dosent depend on how fat I am.

Jones Jr. Vs. Trinidad will most likely fall in this category. I just can't accept this as a premier match-up. They could exchange gifts at the presser and it would be better than the fight itself.
