See you in Vegas - am really starting to believe

Well I leave tonight for Manchester where I fly out first thing in morning.


For those of you going might see you there PM'ed my number to a couple so text me if you fancy a drink ;). Will be around the MGM for weigh in and no doubt be drinking in the Crown and Anchor (Tropicana) , Mcmullans Irish Bar and Planet Hollywood bar in Caesars - at regular intervals. Will either be wearing an Ipswich shirt, a Fantana t-shirt or maybe even my Bill Werbenuik or Rocky 1979 one ;)

The more I see the more I believe Ricky can really do this - he wants it so bad.

I must say though all these rumours about the fight maybe being off are starting to worry me ???

I'm in the same situation, I've never seen a fighter like this! He's so focused so hungry and seems to have a truck load of pent up anger. I can see myself screaming at the telly for this one.

So do me a favour mate, enjoy it to the last and shout extra hard on my belhalf will ya?

If anyone has flags or saddos banners to wave, stick them under your clothes or security will take them till after the fight. ;)

Bill Werbenuik what a legend. for anyone who doesnt know who Bill is heres a brief summary. He was a snooker player whose hand used to shake. the only way to stop his hand shaking was by drinking beer. And during matches he would drink up to 20 pints. thats why he did shots like the one below. You cant do that shit sober.

cheers guys - just packed and lift coming at half seven.

Might see some of you soon - had a call earlier from some other guys (non forum) going to say a good hangout is also the Irish Bar in New York New York and to see them in there Friday night - so add that one to the list ;)

If anyone sees a drunken guy in any of the aformentioned shirts staggering around aimlessly please do the decent thing and :

a) direct him back to his hotel

or

b) buy him another drink

c) shout him a hooker then b) then a) In that order ;D
