Saensak Muangsurin won the WBC light welterweight title in his 3rd pro fight.
cant beat the above but the biggest one that sprug to my mind was spinks win over Ali think he only had 9 or 11 fight cant remember offhand but it wernt alot.

Vargas won his in less then 15 fights and a slew of the small guys (under 112) have won titles under 15 fights
The most recent was that Japanese guy Koki Kameda who won the WBA Light Flyweight title in his 12th fight, at the age of 19, at least that's who sprung to my mind.
I think he vacated to move up though.
Jeff Fenech won the IBF Bantamweight Title in his 7th fight.

David Reid didn't have too many fights when he won his 154 lb title. About 10 I think.
