Negotiations are ongoing according to some reports,for a B Hop-JC fight. B Hop won't be ready for a fight until July and JC does not want to stay inactive until then so he may very well defend his titles v Winky Wright or someone of that ilk. More info over at boxing scene.

Why is Winky fighting at these higher weights?
Never thought this was a good stylistic matchup for Winky. And the weight does not suit him.
i really think winky is spoiling the end to his carrer..he could rule the middleweight division in my eyes, he seems to of changed as a fighter a hell of a lot in the last couple of years... he used to seem unbeatable with his shell like defence.
but you cant take anything away from him he aint scared of fighting no-one no matter what the weight,
yeah winky doesnt duck anyone. however i think calzaghe wins this one outworking wright over 12

id hav to bak JC, it would be a good name on his record, i just wish Winky would get back down to middleweight and clean up.. i dont believe that Pavlik would hav the tools to beat him!!!
I would'nt right Winky off he has fought at a very high level for years and we can never count Pavlik out with that power.
