One for the Shire! Bilbo strikes a blow for the little guy!!!!

Ok first off an apology I know this should go on the Off Topic board but I wanted to share my celebration!

As some may recall last month I got given a parking ticket from a nasty little street hooker in a warden's costume.

Anyway I drove off before she could attach a ticket to my windscreen and decided I would fight the charge.

I appealed to my local council who promptly rejected my appeal.....

But I am as petty as a petty hobbit can be and so wrote them another letter saying I would challenge them in court to produce CCTV evidence of her placing the ticket on my windscreen. I also said I had two independant witnesses who saw that she did not issue me a ticket, I lied about that part, ;D

Anyways I got a letter today which said the following;

We have now had the opportunity to consider your challenge. The CCTV footage has been viewed and the results are inconcluse (in other words they know the bitch lied!) Due to this reason and in this occaision only and without prejudice to the Council's position, I can confirm that this Penalty Charge Notice has been cancelled.

the only time i got off a ticket was cause LUCKILY the cop didnt show up for the court date and the judge was forced to dismiss my case and cancel my citation! i got to miss school early that day too!

haahaha funny. actually thats a different story. whenever there was a pep rally on fridays all the students with passes could leave early to avoid the rally so for my friends who didnt obtain passes they just jumped in my trunk until we left campus. cuz the fat guy security guard would check cars and back seats but not trunks hahaha. so i always feared NOT remembering to stop a mile away and let my friends out hahaha. imagine if a good song came on the radio or something and you totally forgot your boys were locked away in your trunk ahahah. ;D
