HAHA. I don't know who is more delusional.
I know most of you don't care much for this fight. But, what can I say, I'm a sucker for the passed greats. I'm really looking forward to this one. And it is technically the next big fight. So what do you guys think?

Should be a fun fight,think roy is gonna giv tito a boxing lesson for a few rounds and then boooooooooom .......tito lands a lefthook on roy and down he goes.......
Does anyone really think Tito would carry his power up to 170 even in his prime? He's not going to be able to hurt Roy at all, especially now that he's old and hasn't fought since receiving his last beatdown. Roy's obviously well past it as well, but I see this going just as wide as Winky over Tito -- not a close fight at all. Roy is bigger, stronger, faster, and far more skilled. I can't think of a single advantage Tito has -- maybe that Roy has a tendency to lapse and get bored? But Tito really has nothing to punish him with if that happens. He's a fucking welterweight for god's sake!

Tito's retirement gland is going to flare up after he feels what a light heavyweight punches like. If Hopkins and Wright clowned him at a weight he had no business fighting at how is he going to do any better two divisions heavier? And Tito in his prime was nowhere near as fast as Jones still is now.
This is something I worry about as well. It happend in the fight with Wright. I don't think Tito was doing terribly bad in the first 3 - 4 rounds. Even thought he was clearly loosing, he was going to the body and trying to work with his jab. Somewhere around the 5th he just gave up mentally and was just going through the motions from then on. I fear this could happend again if Jones dominates the early rounds.Quote:

CC, I agree completely. I like Tito quite a bit, but he has no buisness fighting at 170 against RJJ, who though past it is still better than 90% of the other fighters out there.Quote:

Dam i hope RJJ looks super impressive in this fight. Could mean we get to see him fight Joe C or Hopkins. If not his career is done. Tito's already is.....
