hatton mayweather - a bit like tyson holyfield? im not insane read on lol...

hatton went into the fight being the master of the inside, while everyone thought mayweather had to box. so like tyson many people thought tyson would be alot stronger on the inside than holyfield, however in both these fights it was shockingly reversed.

The furst couple of rounds were quite even with mayweather just stealing them, also with alot of holding much similar to tyson holyfield.
holyfield begins to break away until round 5 when tyson slightly stuns him - round 5 also being hattons best round.
in the 6th tyson is floored, round 6 is when floyd first really came off the ropes and stood in the middle of the ring and hurt ricky properly for the first time.
7&8&9 all continue to go in floyds favor stil with loads of clinching, round 9 is worse for Hatton than Tyson however

Round 10- Tyson gets caught coming in ... as does hatton who however does not have an entire ring to stumble across and goes hedfirst into the ring post ( if that was anyone else aka micky ward i would have laughed my hed off)

only difference being tyson just managed to survive and get to the 11th, both fighters were knocked out by fighters almost everyone expected would outpoint them if they were to win the fight.

Over 50% of people on here thought Hatton would win

I was one of them...

But how many wanted Hatton to win and how many thought he would win?

Let's be realistic Mayweather was the heavy favourite.

I thought Tyson would KO Holyfield inside 3 rounds i was expecting KO1 :'(
