WBO #1 super middleweight Jürgen Brähmer (30-1, 24 KOs) is still on target for a world title shot in 2008. Brähmer, who is currently still on probation for a 2002 offense, was accused of causing bodily injury by slapping a man in June 2006 in his hometown of Schwerin. It was feared the incident could derail the career of the talented 168lb contender, however it was ruled by the court that there were no serious consequences and the threshold for injury was not exceeded.

Dude's nickname is the hundred year talent, I'm not sure what to think of that. Especially when you're 1-1 versus Mario Veit.
Anyway it would seem like it would have to be a pretty hard slap to cause "bodily injury"
Didn't Brahmer spend time in jail before for beating the S*** out of somebody? Obviously got a bit of a temper problem.
Brahmer, very limited fighter IMO...
I don't see anything special in the fights I've seen of his.
