I was originally against this fight...but Calzaghe has his mind on a couple of big money fights and he deserves it at this stage in his career.
He will beat Hopkins with plenty to spare this late in the game, and fair enough. Hopkins is so inactive and is older than time. If you are holding onto a fat Winky Wright and having serious issues with a Taylor that has since shown himself up numerous times...perhaps its time to give it a rest. Seeing as he wont then Calzaghe is going to have to hammer the point home good and proper and once and for all.
I respect all Hopkins has done over the years but Calzaghe is just too good right now.

Hopkins is the best scuffler and spoiler around right now, so I don;t know why we all think this fight will be a classic ..... stylistically, this one could turn out to be a stinker.
I don;t think that Hopkins hits harder than Kessler or Lacy, though he is vastly more savvy and cunning. Calzaghe;s workrate could swing this one for him as long as he puts the extra weight on properly.

B-hop did 4 years in one of the most badassed Pens in the states,is a partner in one of the biggest promotion firms on earth,routinely tells Arum and King to sit and spin,if he goes to the Rite Aid to get some Chicklets its a pay per view,and has made more in his last 3 fights then Franks gotten for Joe in his entire career.And offered Joe 3 million more then he asked for.
