Golden gloves....
im 5'7 about 130 and im going into the vermont golden gloves this year. I have the desision to fight at 132 or 125 i havent decided yet, i havent had any fights yet but ive been training for 2 years. Is there a advantage or disavantage in either class with my situation, I could use any advice i can get thanks.

Well I'm not a goldengloves fighter so I know nothing of what the level of competition is like, but I imagine quite good.
As for your weight, don't go by the scales or the weight divisions, train as hard as you like and find the place where your body feels best. At that point weigh yourself and record the weight. This may well be your optimum fighting weight. Judge it like that, don't bulk or starve yourself. Make the weights suit you rather than bend to them.
