Nobody outside of Puerto Rico thinks that's gonna happen, and even then, only 10% of Puerto Rico thinks that's possible. Out of Tito's 156 kids, only 15 think he's gotta shot ;)

Nothing.. and he loss some of power punch in that weight , so What do yu think he going to do in 170 lb.? Roy Jones have the advantage ,he is in his natural weight, most of his knckout are in this weight, can punch in diferent angles ,have power punch, speed, etc.. And Titos Team they think that they going win Jones because he get 2 knockout in heavyweight he going to be out of control. What do you think guys about this? ::** ;D
cc Welcome to the forum. The thing is it will be very hard for Tito to win a decision so a ko is his biggest chance of winning. Tito probably does have enough power to hurt Roy but probably not with one punch, so he has to be able to land often which i dont think he can do.

Re: Trinidad vs Roy Jone Jr.
Well I applaud you for being Impartial, I guess your from Puerto Rico yourself?
In my eyes, Tito left his best work behind at 147, but he does deserve some credit for what he then managed to do at 154 and 160. It showed true grit and indeed talent that he was as succesful as he was in those higher weights.
But unfortunately I'm in agreement, 170 is a bridge way too far. Tito is actually the same height as Jones (5'11'') but Jones has a 2 inch reach advantage. Jones was always a slick boxer and has adapted as his skills have faded, Tito was a puncher and the aggresive come forward style will not be catered for by his aging body.
I'm going for a Jones UD.( :()

Let me give you a welcome CC.
I can see your point but you gotta keep in mind 2 things.
1. Tito is a great puncher. He's not just your average power puncher, he is a major league power puncher and a great finisher to boot. He might not have been very successfull at 160 (though I never understood why being seccond to B-Hop equalled being unsuccessful) but he still showed he had power at 160.
2. Jones has lossed some of his near godly reflexes and has shown a suspect chin late in his career.
So it is not really that far fetched. It could very well happen. But the odds are against it to say the least.

GOOD MORNING GUYS.. THANKS FOR YOUR WELCOME CUCHULAIN and ROOKIE FAN , well you are righ,Tito deserve a credit , i`m not against of that , but i`m realist , he is great puncher , etc. the thing is that i hearded that puertoricans think that if he lose this fight he going put it down all the GLORY that he gave to Puerto Rico this is ones of point. I hope he try to do a good fight in this weight , but for me if this fight comes to 7th round Tito going to lose this fight and probably by KO or UD because we have think that they are going respet of eachother. 8)
Re: Trinidad vs Roy Jone Jr.
I agree, the longer that the fights goes on the less likely Tito will catch him.
