im underweight can anyone help?
im seem to be underweight, im about 5, 11 but only 10 stone, i reckon i need to put a stone and a half on.. does anyone know how i can put some weight on, and dont say eat more..
I aint doin steroids, cant be bothered to go to the gym! basically does anyone have any ideas..

Well if your not willing to eat more how can i help ?? i used to be slim as well but i bulked up and put a lot of muscle mass on. You need to eat a lot of protein, carbs, etc. You basically need to eat more calories than you are burning i can give you tips on what to eat, but i need to know what you are trying to achieve. Are you just trying to add more weight or do you want to add more muscle in the process ??

cheers pal.. im not traing so i dont see how i can put any muscel mass on.. but all i wont to achieve for the moment is a fuller figure, i just look skinny and dont like it.

You need to eat a lot of protein so i will give you a site which foods have a lot of protein.

So figure out what food you like and put it into your diet plan, for your size at the moment i recommend round about 150 protein, work your way up to about 200.
You also need a lot of carbs here is another site that tells you what foods have high carbs.

I recommend round about 270 for your carbs, then work your way up to 320.
You also need to eat good fats and not saturated fat, but do not cut out saturated fats completely like chips, burgers etc. Just make sure you only have it at least twice a week.
Some good fats to eat are Banana's, cereals like oat meal, fish fingers, etc. Have about 15-20 fat a day work your way up little by little each week like i told you to do with the others. Start off with 5 meals a day, then work your way up to 6. Make sure you are eating about 2400-2500 calories a day, work your way up to 3000. Also write down your weight and keep weighing yourself every 2 weeks, good luck and let me know how you get on.

I put on about 20 pounds i walk a round at about 160, a little while ago i cut down to 154 when i had my 1st amateur fight but i put the weight back on easily. But im considering moving up in weight because i don't like cutting down that much. When i was bulking up i used to eat a lot and do weights at the same time, i did put on a lot of muscle but not too much because otherwise that will effect my boxing. But all i can say is good luck mate if you are eating right you should put on quite a lot of weight within the first 2 weeks.

And thats really the only other option eventually

When a young healthy lad asks how he can put on weight without changing his eating habits or exercising you are forced to admit that it's no wonder that most people are as unhealthy as they are.
As far as distilling advice myself, well if you don't want to change your eating habits and your not willing to exercise then you will soon enough reach your goal of gaining weight............
It probably won't be the kind of look that you desire but if it's just kilo's your after they will come soon enough ;)

a great diet of jack in the box tacos bacon cheeseburgers and extra large dr. peppers I weighed 165 til I was 18 then I graduated got a job and a gf and it all went to hell I'm 200 now at 5'10 I'm a damn heavyweight haha

Foods such as white bread rolls, starchy potatoes and pasta all make you bulk as they do not digest easily and they have a lot of stuff in em.
