I just picked up my morning paper here in OZ and nearly choked on my corn flakes when i read Hussein Hussein will fight Nonito Donaire in Dubai on March 27th!
Hussein just lost his previous fight in Japan so how does he get a shot at Donaire?
Does anyone know about this?
if Hussein loses this fight the guys surely gotta hang up the gloves, I cant believe hes still around competing with top guys or trying 2, sorry havent heard anything about this fight tho.
Hussein is losing this one....Nonito is the real deal...The Vic win was no fluke...IMO the only downfall I see with Doniare in the near future is if he gets too over confidentQuote:

Donaire looked like a mechanic with solid arsenal last time out.Should Break down Hussein with out much hassle.
On his way to blowing up as top notch exciting must see.
I'm sure it's just a gimmie fight for Nonito I mean Vic and Maldonado back to back is a pretty good way to start off. So I just see this as a breather from the World Class/Top Rated fighters. Especially since it's taking place in Dubai. Didn't the Prince of Dubai just build a new Hotel or Stadium out there that he's about to open? This might be the inagural fight to kick off the opening or something ??
Anyway Hussy's a tough little guy but for his own good I hope he really thinks about his career here.
Hussein was terrific in the first Arce fight but coming off a last fight loss in Japan i don't see him being competitive against Donaire. Still, strange things happen in Boxing and you never know. he's a big hitter so anything is possible.
