Horrible Stort in my local paper. Shopkeeper Molests 15 Year old Girl
The girl wanted to get some booze for a party and the man told her basically to come back later because he couldn't serve her right there and then.
When she comes back, he took her upstairs, tied her up and licked her all over.
The worst thing is got away with it because he had a liquor licence.
