Re: Felix Trinidad Workout??
Two hours jogging is too much for a boxer, he wouldn't have done that. People are often in shock when they hear Paul Williams does ten miles a day, 2 hours jogging isn't feasible.

Oh!
Well Arvid, Welcome to Saddoboxing. This site is well respected and used by guys all over the world from all walks of life and races.
We all have two things in common:
1)We Love Boxing
and
2)We all have a vendetta with Eastside.
That site sensationalises everything! You will have noticed their frontpage always exclaims "Fighter 1" disses "fIGHTER B" and yet the interview may only reveal the guy saying the other guy didn't fight as well as he could have....
Furthermore fighters exaggerate everything, Before I fiight I'd exaggerate too if it gave me a bit more intimidation factor wouldn't you?
Re: Felix Trinidad Workout??
Ok, itīs been sometime since I was here at the training forum last time so I didnīt know this about eastside...but I was wondering if there was someone who knew something about Titoīs training?

Well You'll be pleased to know there's a lot of new Puerto Rican guys that seem to be in the know, they'll probably reply themselves ion time.
After that all I know is that sparring was well concentrated on as was pad work and the heavy bag.
He trained as a traditional boxer.

Ok, basic training is best. I only use weight sometimes to train the shoulders.
