Just checked out Chambers/Povetkin.


What a ring entrance!!

Don't know what was cooler - Michael Buffer speaking ze Deutsch, the crazy Rammstein-esque tune, the hot chicks dressed in Soviet military uniforms with short skirts, or the crazy and cool strobe lighting effects.

And finally - a tasteful rendition of a national anthem. Hopefully you yanks will cotton on to the string quartet idea.

Anyway, now I'm going to watch the actual FIGHT. There was an actual fight, right? I had so much fun watching the intros I just had to post...

I think the big ring entrances ONLY fit certain fighters not all.

I can't picture BCD with a big ring entrance..... or Rafael Marquez with a big ring entrance.... It just wouldn't go.

On the other hand fighters like Haye, Katsidis, Arce and others I like their walk ins...

I like the cool different national anthems. That fight awhile back they sang like 3 or 4 of them. And they were awesome.

It would have been nicer if the girls in the Military uniforms tore them off and started grinding on the ring posts :D

I saw that Chambers came out to Kanye West. He deserved to lose.

Yeah Kanye west sucks. I just felt bad for a guy coming out to a shitty rap/singing song. I don't know why he was allowed to walk out last, he must have been ranked by teh IBF higher but he was the obvious underdog.
