B J Penn,incredibly talented but hugely dislikeable,cocky,arrogant v boring roid head Sherk(ad I have zero doubt in my mind Sherk did steroids). I'm rooting for the driod head straight away. I dislike BJ ALOT,his whole attitude,demeanour.
asshole or not if BJ comes in top shape I don't see him losing this one. Sherk is a phenomenal athelete and I was impressed with his sub defense in his last fight, but I think BJ is to multidimensional for Sean
I think Sherk could win this. He's relentless and has a super gas tank. He is boring and annoying but it's his bread and butter.
Then again, he's fighting BJ Penn. If Penn doesn't gas he WILL evenually submit him. Or even TKO, he has a great standup game too.
Yeah,I have to agree,the 1 chink I thought Sherk could possibly exploit was BJ's at times,suspect stamina,but he seems focused in that area now too. Should still be a decent fight though,especially with all the build up. I favour Penn.
You guys think anyone in the UFC in that weight class can beat BJ?
I don't think anyone can beat the kunt unfortunately but I'm cheering all the way for Nate Diaz and Mac Danzig. They wouldn't stand much of a chance but I'd LOVE them to beat Penn in fact I wouldn't mind if he died in the ring the guy is a turd.Quote:

I think BJ Penn is funny, he reminds me of JAmes Toney. A fuck you kind of attitude he doesn't give a shit what people think, and he is IMO way more talented than Sherk, he doesn't even need to train to beat 95% of the guys out there, and when he does train I can't see anyone giving him a problem, he is so flexible, and so good standing up(in UFC standards) that I have BJ submitting the shark.
Ive allways thought BJ was overated,his 'nuthuggers' rate him as the best P4P fighter in MMA!! I know BJ is good,but the bottom line is he loses fights,infact he's lost more fights 2 the elite fighters than he's won!! Then the excuses come out! His name does'nt deserve 2 b mentioned with yr Fedors,Wands,Randys,Chucks,Sakurabas,Hughes etc like ppl do,he has'nt even defended a World title as he???
