For the most part Topics are either 'Merged' and or 'Moved'

Topics that are merged with others are done because they have the same story/content.

For example if you post a story from FightNews let's say:
Mayorga signs to fight Forrest!


Then tomorrow I come on here and I post:
Mayorga set to fight on 3rd of April on Showtime.

then those 2 topics would be merged as 1 topic because it's the same story. If I merge the topics I always post...

Topic Merged.

Moved topics can end up in a couple of places depending on the content...
A Moderator will move a topic if he/she feels that it's innapropiate for the Main Board.

It has happened to me a few times....Thinking the topic was deleted and it was merged...I agree on the fact it helps cut down on repeat threads
