Tennis pics for Legion.....

My two rackets, on the left the Babolat Side-Woofer similar to Andy Roddick's and on the right the one I use in all my competititive tournaments and matches, the Prince 03 Hybrid Shark similar to Nikolay Davydenko's but his is in red ;D.

Pics of the trophys I won last year, (Last season) our team also won the regional shield which is HUGE but the captain keeps that, the trophy's there I won one in doubles and the rest in singles matches. My Record for 2006/2007 (Since I started attending tournaments etc) is 28-8, I record every competitive match I play. I have not played any competitive matches this year it's been all practice for the winter 3 times a week and the competitive matches come in May-August.

Does anyone know how to downsize pics, the attchment is over 150 KB and I have even tried adding them in seperatley but they're too large :-\ ??

Cool man. Get some shots of you playing on the court or something 8) I am already going through withdrawals after the Australian Open. Have to wait until May for the next open, the French >:mad The Fed Cup is coming up this weekend though :)

Ye I will bro, I'll get my coach to take one, he often video records me serving or something and then puts them up on the comp and then analyze where I went wrong etc.

He also states my Babolat is better than the Prince but I disagree with him even though they're both awesome and I carry them both round with me just in case a string breaks on one. ;D

They're my pics bro and thats MY silverware ;D I just headed the title to LEGION because I know he's a massive tennis fan like myslef.

My favourite surface is hard court, US Open style. It's what I was brought up on and my home club's surface is that and I play on it the most often.

My worst surface is artificial grass and especially when it's wet as it then goes from bad to worse as when it's wet I just can't seem to get the ball over regulary but I only play on it once or twice a year so it's not that bad.

I also like real grass as the points are shorter and your serve goes 100mph faster than usual and I don't mind clay also as my topspin's work a treat on that surface and it's great for dropshots too ;D

But overall hard court, without doubt.

Here's the shoes I wear too.

Babolat All-Court surface and Adidas Barricade All-Court surface.

I use the Babolat for everything unless I want a change and use the Adidas :laugh:

Whoops, My bad :-X Well then...CC to lefty for sharing the gold. Is clay still Used??I have never played the Game but enjoy the one on one.Really A deceptively intense mental sport. Now that Hingis has retired >:mad :'( Its not as visually entertaining ;D

Yep sure is, all of last August I was practising on clay and it's a good surface, I like it. The next major (French open) is on clay and watch Nadal storm it again ;D.

As for a mental side, there is a big mental side to tennis definitely and I have to myself prepare mentally for tournaments and important matches etc as if your opponent is confident they are dangerous and are willing to take risks and it applies to yourself to and so you have to be in the right frame of mind before you step out onto court.

I buy the magazine "Ace" which is monthly and I once read to be fully hydrated before you go out on court, a few hours before the match you must drink a lot of water to ensure when you piss it is a really light colour to ensure maximum concentration and performance and to avoid dehydration.

BTW take a look at the Russian women they are FINE!!! Sharapova, Dementieva, Kirilenko etc Pure Hotties :lickish:
