Any Alfredo Angulo fans here?
I'm starting to become a big fan of "Perro". He reminds me of a technically astute Margarito and they even look slightly alikE! One can see the quality sparring he has been recieving from the likes of Roy Jones,Hatton, Margarito,Vargas. He's economical, has 2 heavy hands and jabs well. Also has nice boyshots, even when he is finishing. His last 3 fights have been against tough opposition and he has blown them out totally!
I'll take him over Julio, and Kirkland but those 3 should fight each other! All exciting fighters!

I'm on the same boat as you. I've seen his last 4 fights and I mean I like watching him fight. Hes exciting and he comes to fight so you gottal love that about a fighter...
His defense is weak but he more then makes up for it with his punches and come forward style.
I posted his last fight on here (For those who missed it)

Re: Any Alfredo Angulo fans here?
I like him. He is what he is, he's not a great defensive fighter, and he's not that fast. But he's got good power, good bodywork, exciting fighter.
So he might be put in with Bunema? I've never really thought much of Bunema to be honest, I'm still shocked that he beat Karmazin, not because of how highly I think of Karmazin but just because I've never thought much of Bunema.
Re: Any Alfredo Angulo fans here?
He's definately one to watch, I would like to see how he would fare with a pure boxer before I'm sold on him. He does have a solid amateur background, he fought for Mexico's Olympic team. He has looked real solid so far but I wouldnt call his oppostion so far that great, this last guys record was inflated and Termelksetian is horrible with his defense....
