How do I find that link to see all the new replies to my posts? That thing was handy as hell. It better still be on here.
Made the forum bout 1000 times better, stead of having to hunt down all the threads I posted in and see if anyone replied.

I have mine turned off because it had my saddo pm box full of subscriptions and I don't like it.
So I think you would use Instant.

Hulk i would choose anything apart from the email notification because if you get an email everytime someone posts in your thread you could get a shitload of emailsfrom this place i think that option is just for quite boards ;)
No email notifications is prob the best option for you mate ;0
