Forum not refreshing for me.

I know Saddo probably hates to hear this but the forum is not refreshing for me. I have to hit refresh after I do a post or else it will not show up.

Also why is the server being so up and down?

will sort it mate i took alot of stuff off again as the server was playing up bigtime yesterday...

i belive the server might have been under attack and rather than me sitting here watching the connections via SSH and banning ones that will just change i have asked the server hosts to install a firewall to the server which ups the monthy cost of this place to $350 a month

will it help? prob not but i will keep plugging away till we are stable ;)
