From that vid, i'd say no knock down, because the camera cuts away unfortunately.. It looked like he got hit, and then was going to go towards frazier and slipped.. but as far as the video shows it doesn't look like the slip was because of the punch..Quote:

Can anyone remember in their second fight Ali nearly stops Frasier but the ref stops it thinking he heard the bell?

I'd say Yes. Ali got nailed. While there was a one second pause between him going down and getting hit, given the ferocity of the punch, its hard to imagine the punch had nothing to do with the "slip."
