Paulie Malignaggi who never gave up, is now a champion.
Malignaggi holds the IBF light welterweight title
Carlos Quintana who was destroyed by Cotto, dusted himself off and came right back to being a champion.
Quintana is holding the WBO welterweight title for Miguel until Miguel decides to take it from him ;D
If Gomez is as good as he says or thinks he is, he might be a champion yet.

Torres and Paulie are champs because 140 is so weak. I mean if Kostya, Hatton and even Zab where fighting consistently @ 140 still those guys wouldnt be champs. While PBF, Cotto, Quintana, Williams Margo, and Berto are at 147 Gomez aint got a chance in hell of winning a belt.
