Tried and tested Carb BOOM -energy gel

Hello just fort id let any one working out ..
carb boom a energy gel which is a fast releaseing gel made from super concentrated carbohydrates and flavored with real fruit.but it also does leave you feeling to full up and boated like i do if i eat aload of carby foods before the gym.
i had strawberry kewi ...the texture is a bit like baby food so not the best .... but tastes loveier then it looks....i can honestly say after working 10 hours then going to the gym this makes you feel so full of energy i didnt even relise i had been on the thread mill 30 more mins then i normally do and i even went for a run when i got home ....full of beans !!!


so just to let the people into energy drink etc try it it worked for me !
