Paul Briggs eyes Mundine on return

Paul Briggs has announced that he is going to make a comeback after a 16 month layoff. Mack or Echols are in his plans for his first fight back, which will hopefully lead him to a bout with Anthony Mundine. Briggs who has made his name as a L/Heavy, will now campaign at S/Middle. A Briggs Vs Mundine fight, would of been better about 3-4 years ago, but still could be very entertaining. Mundine will definately be earning his pay that night. A much talked about bout between Briggs Vs Green seems very unlikely as Briggs is targeting Mundine. Mundine stood Briggs up 3 times when they were supposed to spar a couple years ago, when Briggs was preparing for Adamek. Mundine didnt even show up to his own gym, while Briggs was standing outside. Lets hope this fight gets made, and we see Mundine with a LEGITIMATE challenge. GO HURRICANE!;D

I dont mind this matchup for Mundine. I think he'd win a UD but he'd be earning his money as u say.

Good to see him back in the mix, he could have easily won both of his fights w/Adamek. If you haven't seen those fights, you should check em out great action fights.
