Will Riding a Bike improve my speed and power in my legs for boxing?
Will Riding a Bike improve my speed and power in my legs for boxing? Its just i got a new bike and was thinking will it improve my boxing speed and leg power
Re: Will Riding a Bike improve my speed and power in my legs for boxing?
Yes it seems like it would, I ride my BMX bike 24/7 and my legs get stronger. So yes I think they will help your legs get stronger and definitely faster

Walk. A lot. Everywhere in fact. Three or four miles at a brisk pace twice a day, and a long strenuous hike up and down hills, over boulders, etc... I liked to walk my dog and we'd do maybe 6-8 miles per day, sometimes more. We would walk very rapidly for 100 steps then sprint for the next 100. You can cover lots of ground that way and never breathe too hard.

That will probably suffice for now my friend. :) Jump rope, too. I'm going to take a look around this place- somewhere I have (or think I have) some good training routines alraedy written out. If so I'll post them later.

grey you have a really hardcore dog. not only does it know your training regime and stick to it, but its also able to walk for 6-8 miles a day.
my cat is lazy/dead* and it couldnt walk 10 metres let along 10 miles
*it may actually be dead, i havent seen it in a while and there is a weird smell coming from under my bed
