Speedball Training

I am new to this forum and pretty new to boxing..1 year training, 1 fight.

I have just bought a speedball and wanted to know how to use it.
Can anyone recommend a good site that shows how to use it correctly, including footwork.

I am currently teaching myself on it...I can work it, but it is slow and I am not sure about the footwork.

Any adcive would be appreciated.

I've been boxing nearly ten years now and I don't use a speedball.
I doin't think I could if I wanted to.
