PACQUIAO future fights; Diaz, Khan, Valero, etc.
It seems that PACQUIAO is now one of the most indemand boxer...
vs. David Diaz in Las Vegas/June 2008
vs. Amir Khan in Dubai/November 2008
(link: Michael Marley’s Boxing Confidential – News, Analysis, and Commentary )
vs. Edwin Valero in Mexico/March 2009 (???)
(link: box EL PROYECTO: QUE PACQUIAO SE MIDA A VALERO EN ?HISTORIA EN CANCÚN II?: ANUNCIA PEPE GÓMEZ )
And there's still JMM begging and crying for a 3rd fight...

Wow he's ambitious.
I must admit the Khan fight idea has completely stumped me, I never expected that.
Imagine if the fight did take place and Amir actually won? He would go from not even ever having fought a top 10 Ring rated fighter in any division to beating the p4p number 2 fighter in the world.
Where would people rank him?
i personally very much doubt this will happen though.

PAC will outclass Amir but Amir will learn valuable lessons and priceless experience after the mauling by PAC...

I think a boxer will learn something from a defeat specially from a highly ranked opponent... Don't worry Amir will learn something... ;)

Re: PACQUIAO future fights; Diaz, Khan, Valero, etc.
wow.. very tiring fight schedule huh? i have a feeling pac will call it quits after 2009 if this schedule pushes through. i doubt we will see him fight khan coz frank will not let his little boy be punked around. id rather see jmm pac III.

Yep. I like him to concentrate on Diaz first.
I've said this many times before,.. that after Pac's 2nd fight with JMM, he needs to start collecting belts before he retires. D.Diaz, Campbell, and Casa are all winnable for him. As for Pac-JMM 3, that's all depends on how Marquez will do against guys like Guzman, Soto, and Valero. I doubt that he would chase Pac at 135 this year.

Yeah bro. I saw one of Pac's interview on tv just 2 weeks ago about that. He said his last fight would be in 2010, about 2 months away before the another political election. He's gonna run for the office again. I hope he'd loose again though. :)

Re: PACQUIAO future fights; Diaz, Khan, Valero, etc.
Even though i would like to see Khan vs Pacquiao, Khan is nowhere near ready for someone like Pacquiao and he maybe never ready. Because Khan has a suspect chin and no one with a suspect chin beats Pacquiao especially with his devastating punching power.

There's always talk of massive mega-fights happening in Dubai and the like.. do they ever happen? No. Not really surprising Khan-Pac is mooted for there

Re: PACQUIAO future fights; Diaz, Khan, Valero, etc.
That is a tough schedule for Pac, would he then be recognised as the best p4p fighter!

He IS the best p4p fighter. This is the year 2008, not 2002 where Floyd beat the only pfper he has ever fought in his career. And no, a 147 Hatton is NOT a p4per. Learn to make distinctions.

Re: PACQUIAO future fights; Diaz, Khan, Valero, etc.
yeah mcguigan (sp) was on about the khan - pac in his mirror column the other week and he claimed khan would beat him - i nearly choked to death on my morning coffee!
