Yes. I like Segura a lot. He's been outstanding in his last 2 fights. He's really grown into his power recently. I think he beats Asloum.
Just saw Asloum on youtube and he really looks like hell. I pass by six Mexicans on the way to work every day that could knock him out inside of three. As for Segura he's exciting but he's so sloppy its hard to predict how he's going to do. Sloppy and strong fighters look great until they meet a pro with all the tools to move and outbox them (thinking De Leon against Caballero, Mayorga against Spinks.)
I've watched him on telemundo a couple of times always thinking he's a terrible fighter. I'd get up to get a beer and by the time I came back he won somehow. I appreciate a warrior like that but it's hard to watch slop. Tight precision and discipline are the reason I watch boxing instead of UFC.
I've seen Giovanni fight live 3 times and he's good but I'm not sure if he can stay World Class.
He can get a bit careless at times and drops his hands down. Asloum is a defensive fighter, Giovanni is offensive.
Can Giovanni catch Asloum or can Asloum run around and outbox Giovanni?
I'm gonna say Giovanni wins this one by late TKO.
Only time I saw Asloum I wasn't impressed, then again it was against Parra.
Haven't seen Segura lately but he's supposed to have improved so I guess I'd go with Segura.
