Erm,that would be Juan Diaz. I never thought he was P4P top 1,those guys who did were bandwaogn jmupers but he was top 15,I'd say he's still JUST top 20.
And you're reason for Penelosa not being there....because he's old?Erm....Underdog in most of his fights,LOTS had him beating DPL,he beat Gonazalez as an underdog,and he beat the rock solid thai. All his losses have been close(2 of them v Tokuyama and 2 to Choo,in their backyards,could have and some s should have gone to Gerry) And I'm talking about latter 10,the last 10,not the top 10!!:p
