Yeah mate... I got wrong yesterday cos when I got their I was so stiff it took them 20 minutes to loosen me up before they could do anything. I've been in too much of a rush to get sorted so I kinda did double the repetitions they told me. Bit stupid really but I am so keen to get it done.

It should get back close to normal although like they warned me before it's gonna cause problems later in life.
I have different boxing priorities than you do fella, you are young, talented and clearly going places with a career in front of you. I'm older, not as talented and have already been to a few places (and asked to leave from most of them) ;D
Coaching is what really excites me now. Once the knee is back as good as it can get I'm going to pursue coaching through the ABA.

Many trainers big up their fighters far too much.
I remember that Brendan Ingle was adamant that Pele Reid would eventually knock Tyson of his perch. A laughable statement if ever their was one.

Brendan Ingle has a different motivation though.
For him boxing is a business first, in which he attempts to help his fighters to make money.
They're there to make money first and then compete in the sport of boxing. It's admirable that he makes the effort with every lad in his gym,i n an attempt to gain them some financial stability.
