started to get in real shape
hi guys im new here first post ^^, hi :)
ive been doing weightlifting for a while now, ive worked so hard to put on weight, gained 3 stone in 7 months, its extremely hard for me to gain mass tho as i have a very high metablism, and its so easy for me to lose weight.
so i am only doing running to keep fit and stay in shape and to get rdy for boxing and lose a little fat of my abs, but will i also lose mass of my arms, legs and other parts etc? if i keep running daily? most of it is muscle but i really dont wanna start losing all the "fat" i do have and start having skinny arms and legs coz of running.
will this happen?

If you just do wieghts for now dont do any runinig coz cv workouts burn all the energies you need for runing what is yor work out i can help you more if you tell me your work out ^-^

monday: bicep, abs, forearms
teusday tricep, chest
wesdnay: rest
thursday: traps, abs
friday:bicep, shoulders
saturday chest, back
sunday: rest.

Hi if you stick too the wieghts go on a good diet and dont do alot of cv workouts like running, cyycleing ect.
once you bulk up you can than go for stanima.
when i started a followed a work out from www.maximuscle.com
and i used thier supplements. try the creatine 800gl that works on gaining wieght and turn it into muscles
but trust me if you do a lot of runing its no good because it burns the fat off and you need the fat too turn into muscles. I would go for a 20 minutes jog once a week just for now but not when you first get up because you use your bodyfat
