New speed bag setup
Hi everyone
I recently found a speed bag/heavy bag rig that someone was tossing in the trash and it's pretty much brand new. I've got an old heavy bag that I can hook up, but I don't have a speed bag and have no idea what to look for.
Brand?
Size?
Anything else?
What height should it be adjusted to?
Also anybody know where exactly to get one in Toronto, Ont.?
I'm really not looking to spend too much money, but don't want something cheap that will fall apart in a year either...
Thanks in advance.

Welcome aboard.
I moved this here and I'm certain someone here will be able to help you out.

Re: New speed bag setup
chuck,
anything by itle or ringside will be good. title bags will be a bit cheaper, but equally as good, imo.
if you're new to it, i'd get a medium sized one. you'll outgrow a big one rather quickly, and you;ll be out of your element with a small one.
6x9 will offer the best of both worlds.
go with the red one.
TITLE Speed Bags from Title Boxing
or 6x9 here
TITLE Classic Speed Bags from Title Boxing
either of these will be good.

If you are European, which I doubt because of the name, Ergo are a fantastic brand, otherwise Title do great stuff.
