Like any supplement your wasting your money if your diet isn't right and your not training properly.
I've tried Nitrotech and can honestly say I didn't see any particular difference over using other proteins. All the extra stuff they put in it may be of use to these guys that compete, but for your average Joe, I'm not convinced of the real world benefit.
Besides they have to say it's different otherwise your not gonna pay the premium for it ;)

just regular plain protein powder with some added glutamine and creatine in it, it cost more than other cause of their constant promotion of the product with advertisement, just drink more skim milk

Muscle Tech products are pricey, but worth every penny. They are the best suppements out there, and a huge part of my success in all sports. Nitrotech is far and away the best protein supplement on the market at this time, and if taken with celltech you will experiance even more gains. Hydroxycut use to be the best weight loss pill out till they outlawed ephreda which has really hurt all the really serious lifters. But now that the supreme court has over ruled that decision, ephreda should be back out on the market today.
Don't listen to all these people who have no experiance with supplements. They all say that they are cheating, or that it's better the old fashion way. Bla, bla, bla. It's a proven fact, that faster, stronger fighers, and athlets in general.. win. And that's what sports are about.. winning. Nitrotech is a great investment, but of the steps it takes to being truly great.. its the easy one. Now you have to put the work in at the gym, and on the roads.. to make you get every cents worth for all the money you paid for it.
