With about half the polling stations reporting, things are looking bleak so far for the Kiev mayoral hopes of former heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko. Vitali, who promised big reforms, is currently running third with 17.69% of the vote. He trails incumbent Leonid Chernovetskiy (36.99%) and politician Oleksandr Turchynov (18.59%). Final results aren't expected for a few days.
