Glad to see someone that so rightfully deserves to be there get in.
Holmes was such an important figure in the history of the HW division and often gets overlooked nowadays.
I always liked Holmes as a fighter.
But he came across poorly in a recent interview with Boxing Monthly.

Mind you he was rather insistant that he would have beaten any of them, where as the others were all very diplomatic (except for Frazier of course.)
I guess thats the result of being under appreciated, you have to insist your legacy and don't resond well to that legacy being threatened.
That DVD made me like Big George a lot, very honest, very open and very diplomatic.

Is it true Big George behind it all is still as nasty as his 70's persona, it was meant to be true in the early 90's, but has he melloed?
I honestly dont know,Ive heard rumours,but you know what they say about a lie going round the world. If I was to make an educated guess,alot of it is schtick, but I also would say his faith has helped him alot with his anger issues.He does seem to have a sense of humor about himself,that he didnt have in the 70'sQuote:

Many point out that this might be a marketing ploy, but I'm not convinced.
It's a question I'd dearly love to know the answer to.
