Ive Heard Having Sex before the boxing match is bad it this true?

Well i have herd it on here b4 that it is not good to have sex before the match if this is true please tell me why. ???

i realy don't know i just wanted to post this pic :bananastyle: and :bananasex: and one more :fking: o and from what i heard doing this sh@@ can get you looking like this at the end of a fight :shinner: and during the fight it will look like this :jabbing: and your not the one doing the hitting buddy so play it safe and no fu##ing before a fight

you can always use sex as motivation with your girl or wife, like no sex for a week or month and then no sex after your match if you don't win, that's a great motivation to fook up the other opponent

Have a few good orgasms when you are not training for a fight and when you are done ask yourself if you feel like fighting and the answer will be no. How can you enter a ring feeling like the whole world is your friend while the other guy wants to tear you limb from limb. Sex is the greatest feeling in the world but the last thing you'll do is watch your ass in the ring the next day. You won't have an edge because you will feel really benevolent to your fellow man instead of throwing punches in bunches.

You can always imagine just as you get into the ring that your opponent has been getting stuck into your girl on the side because you havn't been giving her any leading upto the fight...

So what about women having sex before a fight then??

when I saw your name here I thought you must have been lost ;D

i heard that all the champs used to get their end away before a fight, plus it helps with relaxation and to unwind, which is essential to training.

do it my way:
you can have sex till 3 days before the fight. its good to be relaxed, but dont know about you lot, when you really go at it, you use alot of muscles, which can leave you very tired in the morning.
not such a good idea the day of a fight is it?

Abstaining makes you mean and gives you FOCUS


Of course it all comes down to the individual.


I imagine its the same for women also

Sex is bad for men before fight it use up your energy

But for women they just lie thier
