I saw the entire fight about 2 hrs. ago....
Condes never really got off, he spent too much time going backwards in the fight. I also saw a lot less head movement then usual from him. He just stood still and came forward without any movement from the head. Occasionally he did move but not enough.
Also that whole raising your hands after you've gotten tagged does nothing. Condes also spent too much time on the ropes he let Garcia get the best of him there. Garcia has a nice jab, not a strong one but one that's just in your face and bugs you.
Garcia needs some polishing and he's good.
