Jose Bonilla had a hard month or not ?.........

Well , this is the question that i made myself since Yesterday and now , the local journal made the question , If was casualty , poor training or simply bad luck ?................:cool:

Whichever is the reason , the reality is that this month of Jun was a nightmare for the Trainer " Jose Bonilla " , two of his most known boxers have been defeated by KO ....................
First was El Indio Quintana when lost the WW World Title of WBO in the first round by Paul Williams..................
Although , last Saturday the Colombian Edison "Pantera" Miranda who live in P.R. , has been KOed by Arthur Abraham in the 4th round..........

And he commented : " I dont believe in bad luck , that is for Crazys , we made a good job in Training , the thing is that Quintana and Miranda had face with two great boxers , that things happen in Boxing ".........
" They was a hard opponents , we moved down few steps and we cant deny that , but to say that this is bad luck , i say NO , Miranda is a boxer that likes to fight , and now is talking to return to the Ring again ".....

" Miranda had dominating the fight , but Abraham has a great defense , i can compare with Winky Wright , we prepared for Arthur Style , but Miranda found him in the counter punches ".............

Now Bonilla will continue to working with others boxers like Jose "Miau" Nieves and Kenny Galarza between others...........;)

Isnt easy , but is part of the job in keep go on , Right guys ?...................;D

I think it has to do with the nutritionist they used. They had a guy who helped them get to weight nicely, but I dont think he used a proper diet to make them strong in the ring. Both guys went down the first time they got hit flush. I have seen a few threads around since Miranda's loss saying nutritionists are not good for boxers. Maybe that is true?

Two big losses, geez, that's nothing compared to the curse of Buddy McGirt. :rolleyes:
